We're looking for an operational account manager to join the Wallet, Payments and Commerce operations team. This person will be responsible for providing operational support and coverage for a defined set of banks and financial services partners, working collaboratively to drive adoption, monitor performance, and unblock technical issues.
- This role sits at the intersection of partnership management, business operations and execution, ensuring partners including payment networks, card issuers and payment processors can operate seamlessly at scale, and consistently meet high levels of performance. The ideal candidate is organized, analytically minded, and thrives in cross-functional environment.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for a defined set of financial services partners
- Drive adoption of features by analyzing metrics and uncovering opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unblock technical challenges and improve partner integration
- Translate partner, customer and operational requirements and feedback into workflows and product recommendations
- Monitor and manage partner metrics, performance and exceptions
- Lead operational reviews with partners to ensure alignment on priorities and performance
- Minimum of 5 years experience in digital wallet, payments operations and banking partner management
- A passion and curiosity for solving complex operational challenges
- Deep knowledge of the payments ecosystem, regulations and industry standards
- Ability to identify what matters with partners, working closely to drive mutual success
- Ability to think strategically and implement tactically, a persistent attention to detail, and a high level of comfort in cutting through ambiguity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Adept at synthesizing technical issues and communicating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders cross functionally
- Comfortable using AI and automation tools to scale operational support and improve efficiency across a growing partner portfolio
- Experience and comfort presenting to senior leaders and large audiences about technical and non-technical materials
