As a Program Planning Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the consistency, integrity, and innovation of our global IFP program. This role blends technical expertise with strategic project leadership to optimize the systems that keep our facilities running smoothly and sustainably.
The Program Planning Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Global IFP & Project Support
What You Will Do:
- Serve as the lead administrator for IBM Tririga and ArcGIS, overseeing system performance, security, and scalability.
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for system enhancements based on partner feedback and evolving business needs.
- Lead cross-functional projects to integrate new tools, improve workflows, and elevate system capabilities.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships and contracts to support system upgrades and enhancements.
- Create and deliver training materials, documentation, and support resources for internal teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Facilities Operations Services (FOS), Worldwide Safety Health Engineering and Sourcing (WSHES), Finance, and other departments to align system improvements with business goals.
- Monitor and maintain platform stability, enforce security protocols, and ensure compliance with best practices in data management.
- Act as a thought partner to leadership, offering insights on industry trends and technology advancements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 4+ years of experience in database administration with advanced knowledge of database architecture and data security.
- Proven ability to lead system and process improvements from concept to execution.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
- Demonstrates a deep passion for their work, consistently upholding exceptional standards of quality and precision.
- Experience working with diverse teams across technical and non-technical domains.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in database management.
- Hands-on experience with Tririga, Maximo, or similar facility planning platforms.
- Proficiency in Power BI, BIRT, SQL, Python, JSON, JavaScript, and SharePoint.
- Familiarity with construction and maintenance operations.
- Background in continuous improvement methodologies.
- Prior experience with Disney Parks and Resorts is a plus.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree
Preferred Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field.
