The Disney International Labor Standards (ILS) Program oversees labor standards compliance across the vast supply chain for Disney-branded consumer products. The Program establishes expectations for licensees and vendors to monitor their supply chains for compliance with relevant labor law and the labor provisions of Disney`s Conduct, specifies production requirements, reviews social compliance audit reports, issues corrective action plans to promote improvement in working conditions, and facilitates supply chain labor-related training.
The Analyst, Audit Analysis supports the Audit Analysis team’s work in managing labor compliance issues, including allegations and forced labor concerns. This role reviews social compliance audit reports, assists with case management, and ensures data accuracy. The position also supports broader Audit Analysis operations by conducting data analysis, addressing technical issues, and assisting with compliance processes. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration are essential for success in this role. .
Review and assess social compliance audit reports to ensure accuracy and alignment with company policies and compliance standards.
Support the tracking and documentation of allegations and forced labor cases, ensuring proper follow-up and record-keeping.
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support compliance monitoring and operational decision-making.
Assist in identifying and resolving technical issues related to audit review processes and database management.
Contribute to the development and refinement of compliance procedures and operational guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to support consistency in audit reviews and process improvements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping to streamline workflows and enhance data management practices.
What we need from you to be part of this story:
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in social compliance, audit review, data analysis, or a related field.
Advanced level of English.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Effective communication skills in an international business setting, with fluency in English and Spanish.
Previous experience in social compliance audits and/or relevant certification is a plus.
Experience in labor compliance, supply chain management, or corporate social responsibility, particularly related to compliance monitoring and risk management.
Familiarity with social compliance audit methodologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Knowledge of database management and troubleshooting technical issues within compliance processes.
