Overall Purpose of the Role

Supporting the client service team for the entire campaign lifecycle (planning – execution, reporting and billing). For example:

• Campaign reporting on a daily / weekly basis
• Maintaining the department operating tools constantly updated with all information related to campaigns
• Provide campaign collaterals as preview, screenshot and PCA presentations
• Extract data from research database (e.g. GWI) to support CS manager in producing research insights
• Support the CS team in the ad-sales related invoices process
• Support the ad-sales team with the competition analysis
• Support the ad-sales and CS team with keeping the IO database updated

Additional tasks:

• Conduct competitor analysis and prepare weekly report
• Support the wider team with organizing Roadshow/Meetings
• Help the ad sales / content promotion team with Pitch decks, clients mapping, activities tracking.
• Taking part in brainstorming sessions and providing idea to foster pitches

Skills and Competences Required

• Analytical background and Excellent analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Background study in communication, advertising, or economics a plus

Experiences

• Excellent standard of written English for business proposals
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Ad Manager and/or Meta Business suite is a plus
