Overview

We are seeking a Product Manager/Product Owner to own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for our Authentication and Authorization portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints while leading cross‑functional teams through the agile development process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive products from concept through successful market delivery.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Discovery:

Define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap and backlog for assigned agile team(s)
Craft a near-term product roadmap at the Feature/Story level that aligns with Epic-level strategic initiatives
Identify and research new product opportunities to increase sales and revenue
Analyze customer feedback, market research, and business needs data to inform product feature decisions
Lead problem/solution discovery using customer and market insights.
Make independent product and trade‑off decisions.

Requirements & Delivery:

Define clear success criteria and product KPIs.
Ensure user stories are well‑defined, vetted, and delivered on time.
Maintain a ready backlog and support continuous delivery.
Collaborate with engineering/design to negotiate feature implementation.
Gather and integrate stakeholder feedback effectively.

Product Expertise:

- Develop deep understanding of Security & AI product areas.
- Stay current on market trends and competitive landscape.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert for assigned product domains.

Qualifications

Required:

3–5 years in product management/ownership, ideally in Security, AI, Authentication & Authorization.

Proven track record of successfully delivering products from conception through launch
Experience managing products of mid to high complexity with significant business impact

Experience delivering complex products end‑to‑end.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience.
Technical understanding of modern systems and constraints.

Preferred:

- MBA or advanced degree.
- Certifications such as CSPO or SAFe POPM.
- Experience with AI/ML, LLMs, and security ecosystems.
