Overview
The Partner Growth Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team dedicated to driving revenue, unit growth, and strategic development within key accounts. This role entails creating and executing tailored growth strategies for existing partnerships, evaluating opportunities using Paychex products and services, and ensuring alignment with corporate goals through the definition and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs). Employing data-driven insights, the manager will assess team performance and support coaching and development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Manages the team responsible for achieving rev/units/growth within a list of strategic accounts.
- Creates and manages unique and specific growth strategy for the current portfolio of strategic partnerships/brands. Evaluates opportunities based on the OnePaychex products and services.
- Defines and tracks KPIs for strategic partner team members to ensure alignment with Paychex’s growth and retention goals. Use data-driven insights to assess performance and guide coaching and development.
- Engages and supports prioritized accounts to ensure we proactively address revenue opportunities and service issues.
- Acts as a liaison between strategic partner team members and internal stakeholders to ensure partner needs are reflected. Influences cross-functional stakeholders and initiatives that impact strategic partnership results. Key stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Enablement, Implementation, Service and Product.
- Prepares and delivers executive-level presentations to include results on partnership performance, growth strategies and key initiatives.
- Champions the voice of our strategic partners within Paychex and develop mechanisms to capture and act on partner feedback regularly.
- Acts as a change agent to drive a highly engaged team and support a people-first culture.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing - Preferred
- 7 years of experience in Sales leadership experience and Project Management or Project Lead experience.
- 2 years of experience in Internal and external executive level engagement.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $95,000 - $145,000 - . This range includes base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
