Overview
The User Experience Design Lead establishes and drives adoption of processes and methodologies to achieve the UX Strategy. In this role, you will be involved in every step of design, including research, ideation, mapping user flows, prototyping, creating mockups, and designing high-fidelity UIs. You will identify areas of need for design direction, lead user-focused thinking across product portfolios, and conduct and lead design reviews with designers at key project milestones, and steward projects into best-in-class experiences. You will guide projects to align with documented goals by empowering the UX team to drive innovative approaches.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Visual, Motion, Interaction, Information Architecture, HCI - Required
- 5 years of experience in Professional product design experience, preferably working on B2B applications. Portfolio that showcases exceptional design, highlighting process and methods used to solve real-world problems. Experience working with design systems or pattern libraries.
- 2 years of experience in Experience leading complex design projects in a team lead role.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $103,500 - $162,700 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
