Overview

The Senior Financial Advisor Director is responsible for developing, implementing and driving the Retirement/Financial Advisor strategy towards Paycor's strategic objectives. He or she will be responsible for creating and executing the plan of identifying, building and growing targeted Financial Advisor relationships., in addition to leading a team of Channel Directors. In addition, he or she will enable, educate and help develop Sales Leaders, Sales Associates and supporting teams in order to produce target revenue results. This role will be responsible for identifying and growing key national Retirement firms at an executive level that will cascade to corresponding office locations in each region. He or she will leverage cross functional resources such as Sales Learning and Development, Marketing, Sales Operations and Product to help coordinate Financial Advisor specific initiatives throughout the country. Travel required: 50%.


Responsibilities

  • Establish sales expectations and metrics to hold field sales accountable each week.
  • Align territory based on data-driven insight to determine number of Financial Advisors per sales associate and sales manager based on referring history and opportunity.
  • Work with Sales Operations to create necessary reporting and dashboards to use on a regular cadence.
  • Develop, drive and execute strategic programs to achieve Financial Advisor Channel goals through top down partnerships with national and regional Financial Advisor firms.
  • Develop and manage key relationships national Financial Advisor partner firms and corresponding offices.
  • Create and execute an internal and external incentive program to drive Financial Advisor revenue. • Design, manage and grow Paycor’s Financial Advisor Partner Loyalty Program • Develop resources and technology specific to Financial Advisors
  • • Collaborate with marketing to develop partner specific campaigns, events, CPE webinars and thought leadership • Collaborate with learning and development team to create and deliver training for sales leaders and sellers, enabling them to drive success with Financial Advisor partners.
  • Establish communication and direction to channel directors and field sales to educate and hold accountable to program and initiatives
  • Work with Sales Learning to help drive Best-in-class trainings
  • Help coach sales leaders and sellers through in-market visits, training, field rides and subject matter support.
  • Set and track annual bookings and activity goals for channel directors, sales leaders and sales.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business-related field of study preferred (Marketing, Accounting, Finance, etc. - Required
  • 7+ years’ experience in business development/relationship management.
  • Prior experience in national program management.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the compensation range for this position is typically between $165,000 - $350,000. This range includes base pay plus commissions but does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. If you are hired at Paychex, your overall compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
