Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) Construction Laborers

About the Role
As a concrete laborer, you will assist in the installation of insulated concrete form (ICF) systems for residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on, physically active position ideal for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and being part of a high-performing crew.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and stack ICF blocks
- Install bracing systems and reinforcement (rebar)
- Assist with concrete placement and finishing
- Measure, cut, and fit materials as required
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
Qualifications
- Construction experience preferred (concrete experience is an asset)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
