As a Data Analyst & Measurement Program Manager in the Office of the CE&S Executive Vice President, you will support the CE&S Chief of Staff organization by designing and delivering a strategic, outcome focused measurement capability. This role is responsible for translating CE&S priorities and Chief of Staff initiatives into clear success measures, insights, and narratives that enable leaders to make informed decisions, prioritize effectively, and assess progress over time.
This role operates with significant autonomy and serves as a trusted analytics partner to Chief of Staff leaders. You will independently design measurement approaches, build and maintain analytics assets, and guide stakeholders through interpretation and application of insights. Success in this role requires strong analytical judgment, executive ready communication skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end delivery across a complex portfolio of initiatives.

Responsibilities

Chief of Staff Measurement System Ownership
• Own and evolve the Chief of Staff Office measurement system, integrating metrics across communications, culture, customer engagement, and operations, and leveraging modern analytics and technical expertise to improve efficiency, scalability, and speed‑to‑insight.
• Maintain a centralized, portfolio level view of outcomes that enables leadership to track progress, assess impact, and make informed tradeoffs across initiatives.
• Apply AI-enabled workflows and automation to reduce manual reporting, improve consistency, and accelerate insight delivery across communications, culture, customer engagement, and business operations.
• Ensure measurement solutions transition from initial build to sustainable, long term use, supported by clear documentation and standards.
Insights Synthesis & Storytelling
• Synthesize insights across analyses, dashboards, and reporting platforms to create clear, cohesive narratives that inform leadership decisions.
• Translate complex data into executive ready insights that highlight implications, trends, and recommended actions.
• Support the development of leadership presentations and readouts that accurately and responsibly communicate insights, ensuring clarity and alignment across audiences.
• Connect analytical findings back to broader organizational goals, helping leaders understand not just what is happening, but why it matters.

Data Quality, Governance & Cross Functional Collaboration
• Partner closely with operations, communications, culture, HR and customer teams to ensure access to high quality, well governed data and sound analytical methodologies.
• Incorporate Employee Signals, Viva Insights, and related organizational analytics to measure engagement, behavior, and cultural indicators responsibly and consistently.
• Promote scalable, repeatable measurement and reporting practices that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Evaluate opportunities for automation and standardization, assessing the relevance, viability, and sustainability of reporting solutions over time.
• Leverage Power BI and related analytics platforms to build durable, reusable models and reporting solutions that support ongoing decision making.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 2+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 4+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
    • OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 6+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics or related field AND 8+ years experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or business and financial analysis
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of program management experience
  • 2+ years of experience establishing and operationalizing goal‑setting frameworks (such as OKRs), translating objectives into measurable metrics and insights to support reporting, prioritization, and decision‑making.
  • Experience working in the technology industry.
  • Experience working in employee engagement (employee voice, employee surveys, etc.).
  • Experience using data visualization and analytics tools within the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Power BI, Azure DevOps, SharePoint) or equivalent platforms to create reporting, dashboards, and insights for business and executive audiences.


Data Analytics IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
