As a Product Manager, you will lead modernization and migration initiatives across Azure Networking’s Software Load Balancer portfolio, partnering closely with engineering teams across Azure Core. You’ll orchestrate complex, cross-functional projects, align technical roadmaps, and influence architectural decisions that strengthen the reliability, security, and scalability of Microsoft’s cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities
- You’ll drive product lifecycle from conception to launch, analyzing market trends, customer insights, defining product specifications and managing deliverables for successful execution.
- You’ll define success criteria and create relationships for implementing features for complex cross-functional projects. You’ll coordinate and ensure alignment across organizations.
- You’ll work together with the team on scenario walkthroughs, share feature previews or roadmaps with customers, and translate insights into driving engagement.
- You’ll leverage data and AI tools to analyze user behavior or feedback, working with engineering to implement AI-driven improvements.
- You’ll deliver on roadmap for multiple feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation plans, and manage governance programs.
Qualifications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ year(s) experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- 1+ year(s) experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
Product Management IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $84,200 - $165,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $109,000 - $180,400 per year.
