Overview

OneDrive sits at the center of how hundreds of millions of people create, connect, and get things done. As AI reshapes how users interpret, organize, and act on their content, our team leads the next generation of intelligent, trustworthy, and integrated experiences across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.

We are the team behind M365’s sharing experience, collaboration platform, OneDrive Web, and the AI experiences that power collaboration and fuel the content understanding that enables AI across Microsoft 365. Our work spans education, consumer, and commercial customers, delivering the foundational capabilities that enable people to access, manage, and collaborate on their content from anywhere.

We are a modern PM organization running product management for one of the largest business and consumer services and the biggest workload in Microsoft 365. We run lean, operate with high ownership, and move quickly — prototyping, experimenting, and shipping improvements at massive global scale.

We seek experienced product managers who can define new AI-enabled product categories within OneDrive and the Microsoft 365 collaboration ecosystem by combining breakthrough model capabilities, principled evaluation practices, deep customer understanding, and rapid iteration.

As a Senior Product Manager on the OneDrive Sharing, Web, and AI team, you will own strategy, execution, and delivery for AI-powered experiences that help customers understand, organize, and collaborate on their content. You will partner deeply with Research, ML, Data Engineering, UX, Policy, and Legal to build intelligent features that solve real-world problems and raise the bar for collaboration across M365.

This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-evolving environments and is energized by translating model capabilities into meaningful, trustworthy customer value.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees, we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
