The Windows & Devices team is seeking a Senior Program Manager for silicon planning & partnerships with a passion for delivering industry-leading experiences through silicon. In this role, you will plan and drive engagement with silicon companies to support our roadmaps, working in close collaboration with silicon architects, program managers, engineers, marketers, and other teams.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years' experience with software or hardware technology products working in product management, business development, technical sales, or engineering.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience defining and driving complex strategic partnerships with enterprise-scale organizations, including high-value contracts.
  • 4+ years of industry experience working in a matrixed environment, demonstrating effective cross-team and cross-function collaboration and influence.
  • 4+ years of experience demonstrating effective written and verbal communication and collaboration (directly or indirectly) with executive leadership to drive alignment and decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science or related field AND 8+ years' experience with software or hardware technology products working in product management, business development, technical sales, or engineering.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years industry experience in semiconductors and silicon, PC’s, or consumer electronics.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and nurturing key stakeholder relationships, including proficiency in storytelling and influencing skills.

Partner Enablement Program Mgmt IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive strategies for partnering with silicon companies.
  • Drive the process to evaluate opportunities for silicon technology and IP.
  • Define business frameworks and drive complex business deals and contracts.
  • Define and drive internal and external processes to work effectively with partners, including driving the rhythm of business with internal and partner executive teams to realize strategic objectives.
  • Develop effective relationships across partner organizations and drive day-to-day engagement.
  • Activate internal teams to align roadmaps/investments with silicon partners
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful co-engineering.
