We’re looking for a hybrid Research & Community Manager-Gaming AI who is excited to learn, experiment, and grow while helping us understand how users engage with emerging technologies in gaming. In this role, you'll be the bridge between our users and the product. You'll uncover insights about users’ needs, behaviors, and attitudes to inform product strategy and experience design. You’ll work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to uncover insights that inform design and product decisions—and you’ll also help build and nurture a community of early adopters, creators, and advocates.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
Experience conducting user research or working in areas such as Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors Engineering, User Experience Design, Behavioral Science, Social Sciences, or related field
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys, diary studies)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing or engaging with online communities (e.g., Discord, Reddit, Twitter, forums)
- Experience with AI-driven products (e.g., generative AI, recommendations, assistants), game development platforms, game studios, or content/entertainment platforms
- Experience planning or supporting community events (online or in-person)
- Experience with data analysis, survey tools, and/or prototyping software
Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.

Responsibilities
As a Research and Community Manager you will:
- Execute innovative ways to rapidly research (e.g., guerrilla testing, corridor studies) and gather early feedback
- Analyze and synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams
- Assist in building research artifacts such as personas, journey maps, and usability reports
- Collaborate with senior researchers and product teams to prioritize research questions and methods
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies to drive player interaction and feedback
- Grow, engage, and nurture our user community across platforms
- Monitor and respond to community sentiment across platforms, surfacing insights and opportunities
- Create and curate content that keeps the community informed and engaged (e.g., updates, spotlights, surveys)
- Foster a positive, inclusive environment by promoting community guidelines and celebrating diverse voices
