Associate Sales Manager, eCommerce

Job Summary:
The Associate Sales Manager, eCommerce will lead sales-driven campaigns and optimize the consumer journey on the brand’s official website (HKDL.com) to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and grow revenue. To achieve such objectives, the role will, among various tasks, manage CPS (Cost-Per-Sale), Affiliate, and Metasearch campaigns to promote offerings such as Park tickets and Hotel room nights. This role requires a strong sales mindset, campaign management expertise, and the ability to collaborate across functions to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for sales-driven campaign management and optimization to achieve campaign sales goals in both volume and revenue, focusing on Park tickets and Hotel rooms. Collaborate with Marketing for resource support. Conduct campaign presentations and reviews to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional LOBs, including Technology & Digital, Revenue Management & Analytics, Marketing, and CRM, to develop and implement consumer journey optimization strategies.
Establish new sales campaigns or partnerships that align with business opportunities and eCommerce objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, background in travel, hospitality, OTA, or retail is preferred.
Proven expertise in eCommerce sales, CPS, Affiliate, and Metasearch campaigns.
Strong expertise in performance marketing metrics and consumer journey optimization.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Adobe Analytics.
Excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
