Disney’s Corporate Alliances team develops and holistically manages complex, long-term, multi-dimensional relationships with select brands and companies. Corporate Alliances is dedicated to driving incremental value for The Walt Disney Company (TWDC) and its partners through the development of innovative marketing and sponsorship programs, strategic relationship management, and the creation of new partnerships aligned with TWDC’s businesses and goals.
The Partnerships & Promotions team is seeking a Senior Art Director who is highly conceptual, digital-first, and experienced in leading 360 campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong design background with a sharp eye for art direction, typography, and visual storytelling. They should be comfortable developing big ideas, leading photo and video shoots, overseeing post-production, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Must thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and bring passion and energy to every project.
This is a Project Hire or Internal Assignment role that is anticipated to conclude at the end of January 2026.

Responsibilities:
Create compelling, insight-driven campaigns, concepts, content, and designs for Corporate Alliance Partners that are PR-worthy and digital-first
Support the vision of the Creative Director and VP of Creative
Foster a collaborative, high-energy creative environment
Present ideas effectively to internal teams, leadership, and external partners
Oversee digital production, photo shoots, and post-production
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors
Stay current on social trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of experience developing, producing, and delivering creative work within an advertising agency or internal creative services team, with experience managing creative teams
A portfolio showcasing smart, innovative, award-winning work (Cannes, One Show, D&AD) across interactive, experiential, and social media campaigns
Strong presentation skills
Familiarity with multicultural markets
Hands-on design skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent visual storytelling abilities
Proficient with Adobe platforms, Keynote and Apple systems
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Flexibility to adapt to different creative styles and project needs
Commitment to high levels of confidentiality
Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite
Available to work in the office four days a week
Education:
Bachelor of Arts or Certificate in Graphic Design or Motion Graphics Design, Portfolio School training, and/or comparable field experience required.
Preferred Education:
Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
The hiring range for this position in California is $137,200 to $183,900 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
