Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in marketing, program management, or executive engagement.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects from inception to completion.
- Experience working within the media, advertising, or creator economy landscape.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building or scaling educational programs for B2B audiences.
- Demonstrated track record of managing councils or customer advisory boards that influence business strategy.
- Deep fluency in YouTube’s creator ecosystem and its value proposition for brands of all sizes.
- Ability to communicate complex strategic concepts to C-Suite audiences and executive creative leaders.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling presentations for executive audiences.

As a Marketing Manager, Strategic Growth Programs within YouTube Ads Marketing, you will be at the forefront of redefining how advertisers interact with our platform. Your mission is to establish YouTube as the undisputed preferred platform for brand presence by helping partners unlock the full value of YouTube. You will bridge the gap between traditional media approaches and a holistic, creator-centric model that maximizes the impact of every format and touchpoint.
This is an opportunity to shape C-Level engagement models and high-touch innovation programs. Whether you are leading executive advisory boards or scaling immersive strategic workshops, your goal is to deepen relationships with CMOs and executive creative leadership. You are a master of high-touch program management and a strategic storyteller capable of influencing the industry’s top decision-makers. You will shape the strategic planning of critical Brand Innovation efforts, ensuring YouTube remains the essential partner for business growth in the new era of marketing.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-impact programs to drive platform adoption and brand innovation amongst C-Level audiences.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales, Product, and Content teams to ensure seamless delivery of executive engagement models.
- Manage end-to-end program logistics, from executive stakeholder recruitment to post-engagement impact measurement and reporting.
- Synthesize feedback from external and internal partners to influence internal product roadmaps and marketing strategies.
- Develop strategic narratives that position YouTube as the essential partner for business growth across the entire customer journey. Scale new strategic initiatives that position YouTube as the first-choice video platform for the future.
