Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing roles.
- Ability to communicate in English and Turkish, Russian, or Arabic fluently to support client relationships in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience reaching out to "App-First" customers with a hunter mindset, capable of pitching comprehensive cross-channel advertising solutions.
- Experience in analyzing data across Google Ads and third-party tools (MMPs, Firebase, GA4).
- Experience working at a mobile measurement partner (MMP) or a major App Network. Understanding of postback logic and the technical foundations necessary to ensure measurement accuracy.
- Understanding of Google app campaigns, including iOS and Android tracking landscape (e.g., SKAdNetwork, ATT, and Privacy Sandbox).
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate insights into recommendations to improve efficiency and drive growth.

Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking by advising on account and conversions setup, validation, and conversion window configuration. Identify and troubleshoot issues during app campaign launches.
- Drive down-funnel events and maximize lifetime value (LTV). Design and execute comprehensive media plans tailored to monetization models such as in-app purchase (IAP), in-app advertising (IAA), and hybrid strategies across both gaming and non-gaming verticals.
- Drive revenue growth and meet quarterly targets. Act as a consultant to help clients unlock new opportunities within the Google App Ecosystem.
- Demonstrate expertise in third-party MMPs (e.g., Adjust, AppsFlyer, Singular), iOS measurement frameworks (SKAdNetwork, ATT), and cross-platform data analysis, ensuring accurate attribution across Google Ads, Firebase, GA4, and MMPs.
- Partner with clients using data-driven insights. Advise on asset mix (images, video, and HTML5), conduct creative A/B testing, and ensure alignment with vertical best practices.
