Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience leveraging problem-solving skills (e.g., financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to problem solve, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
- Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by the audience, asking strategic questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
- Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

As a Strategy and Operations Senior Associate, you will provide business critical insights and recommendations that support decision making, cross-functional alignment of goals and expectations, and drive/help teams to execute plans and operate.
You are passionate about both business strategy and operations, have good problem-solving skills, seek to drive process improvements and consistency, and can harness the power of data to drive insights. You balance all this with a pragmatic sense of getting things done. You respond to problem statements raised by the local leadership team via hypothesis generation, analyzing information, assessing potential options, and putting forward recommendations.
As part of the Go-To-Market team, you will help to set the focus, pace and direction of our business across AUNZ Large Customer Sales (LCS) and unite teams to deliver on Google’s most important business opportunities by supporting, challenging, and enabling our sales organization.Responsibilities
- Execute business analyses and advanced modeling to draw interpretable insights.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth.
- Assist in the communication of findings to leadership and to the broader organization by preparing polished presentations and identifying key takeaways.
- Partner with teammates to define actionable plans and roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.
