Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- Experience with the creator ecosystem and brand deals between creators and brands.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting, and in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
- Knowledge of the creator ecosystem and sponsorship deals between creators and brands.
- Ability to operate with flexibility in a changing, evolving team environment.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives and executive-level presentations, backed by a sharp business sense and a track record of problem-solving and program management.
About the job
In this role, you will be a key partner to the YouTube and Google Business Organization brand deals teams and leadership, helping them to drive brand sponsorships for YouTube creators at a larger scale. - Design and establish global operational processes to facilitate YouTube creator sponsorship deals at scale, including the execution of special projects across Google.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Go-to-Market, Technical, Product, and Marketing teams to lead projects and drive brand engagement and business outcomes.
- Analyze market trends and data to influence the brand deals roadmap, identifying growth opportunities and gaps within the engaged creator landscape.
- Synthesize creator feedback and market pulses to make recommendations on the operating model and partnership structures.
- Drive YouTube’s market position by bridging internal organizational goals with external industry trends to capture new brand opportunities.
