Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing or consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in running measurement (including incrementality studies) and attribution projects with Google Ads account/campaign structures.
  • Experience building and automating reporting dashboards and in SQL, databases, and database manipulation.
  • Experience with analyzing datasets with the ability to convert them into insights and impactful sales pitches in order to drive business growth.
  • Ability to manage fast-paced environments with effective time-management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to present to audiences of various levels and backgrounds.

As an Analytical Consultant, you will find compelling insights within data and translate those insights into pitches. You will spend your time digging into datasets and lead together customer analytics/data science team different measurement, attribution, Marketing Mix modeling (MMM), and privacy projects and influence and drive thoughtful and well-informed decision with customers.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We help players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. The Lithuania base salary range for this full-time position is EUR 70,000-72,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer growth though pitches by working in the sales team, utilizing analytical tools and methods, building trusted partnership with Analytics and Martech teams from customers side and co-operating measurement (including incrementality and MMM), attribution, and privacy projects.
  • Influence thoughtful and well-informed decision making with business leaders within the organization.
  • Build and maintain Looker Studio dashboards to automate insights delivery to customers.
  • Analyze trends and data that are both internal and external to Google to extract valuable industry insights, contribute to and drive cross-functional projects directly impacting the business across various areas.
  • Work with Google Analytics 4 or equivalent products.
