Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
- Experience in system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering or Applied Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
- 3 years of experience in system architecture and reading code (e.g., Python).
About the job
As a Technical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical relationship of our largest advertising clients and/or product partners. You will lead cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales and Product Management to leverage emerging technologies for our external clients/partners. From concept design and testing to data analysis and support, you will oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's online advertising platforms and/or product partnerships.
You will be able to balance business and partner needs with technical constraints, develop innovative, cutting edge solutions and act as a partner and consultant to those you are working with. You will also be able to build tools and automate products, oversee the technical execution and business operations of Google's partnerships, as well as develop product strategy and prioritize projects and resources.
In this role, you will play a role in fueling the rapid growth and adoption of mobile connectivity and communication technologies. You will establish, nurture, and expand technical partnerships and alliances with key ecosystem partners such as carriers, aggregators, businesses to ensure overall Android and cross-platform success. Through your technical domain experience and partnership management skills, you will help ensure global users have access to advanced connectivity and communication features regardless of the device or platform they use.

Responsibilities
- Act as the vital link between our Engineering, EngProd, Product, and Business Development teams and our partners. Translate technical requirements and issues, drive the development of tailored solutions that meet our partners' needs while aligning with our product objectives.
- Work with the global carrier ecosystem to align their services with Android connectivity and RCS cross-platform service offering, supporting specific carrier integration projects on the client side as needed to ensure seamless compatibility and functionality.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance metrics, share findings with internal and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and measure progress toward our objectives.
- Travel to partner sites as necessary to foster relationships, understand specific requirements, and provide targeted technical support, ensuring the success of our collaborative initiatives.
