Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Google Ads, DV360, and the Google Marketing Platform.
- Experience in digital marketing analytics, data science, data and measurement.
- Experience managing digital marketing, account management and advertising campaigns.
- Experience running and executing brand and performance digital marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Build and manage strong relationships with complex clients, focusing on understanding their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, emphasizing the scientific/mathematical aspect of advertising.
- Quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations and present them to customers, effectively handling client objections and challenges.
- Plan for and achieve business growth goals by pitching relevant Google advertising products/solutions, including managing pipeline and forecasting.
- Acquire and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of Google Advertising products (especially DV360, Programmatic, and Hotel Ads) to meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
