Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management or related technical roles.
- Experience driving elements of the product development lifecycle such as product goal, go-to-market strategy, driving requirements, and product launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in product management with technical products, integrating solutions such as procurement, reporting and analytics.
- Experience with marketing technology, digital marketing campaign processes and paid/owned/earned media.
- Experience working with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, UX/UI, Program Management, etc.) and with external development partners.
- Experience using AI to transform workflows and engagement with Large Language Models (LLMs) and creating agents.
- Knowledge of Google’s product areas and products.

The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer. We look across Google’s products to build central solutions, break down technical barriers and strengthen existing systems. As the Core team, we have a mandate and a unique opportunity to impact important technical decisions across the company.
Responsibilities
- Guide the product strategy for assigned products in our portfolio to simplify operational challenges of Google's multi-regional, multi-product area campaigns, focusing on approval gates and cross-functional tool integration.
- Understand Google marketers globally to identify critical pain points, translate them into innovative solutions, and deliver a seamless, AI-native user experience.
- Manage product roadmap and Impact, define and execute the roadmap assigned products for AI-native capabilities within the Marketing Engineering portfolio, including AI.
- Collaborate in AI transformation, help drive the next evolution of marketing processes by closely collaborating with AI experts to infuse AI capabilities across your assigned areas within the campaign delivery lifecycle.
- Drive external product growth, ensure marketers have the right tools and resources to reach users.
