- Experience with the software development life-cycle.

As a Program Manager on the Global Manufacturing Operations Team, you will be driving industry-leading supply chain execution with our Contract Manufacturing partners, with a crucial focus on procurement, logistics, and reverse supply chain. You will need to understand the supply chain demand and have significant experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP. You will be a digital transformer, translating business requirements into functional and technical designs, and mapping process flows.

You will leverage program manager skills and business operations acumen to manage programs of work, drive digital transformations, and ensure flawless execution from concept to deployment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Implement and sustain industry-leading supply chain execution at Contract Manufacturing sites, focusing on reverse supply chain, logistics, and procurement, by developing and delivering digital capabilities and enhancements according to project roadmaps.
- Manage various programs of work, execute delivery per project plans, identify and mitigate risks, develop tactical plans, and ensure smooth team processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to evaluate process and platform gaps, drive business cases for transformation, and manage the business requirements pipeline.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs, map process flows, and support the deployment of new capabilities, including developing and reviewing integration and user acceptance test plans.
- Drive engagement and communications, present regularly on project progress to various stakeholders, and support change management, training, and communications for impacted teams.
