This role offers broad exposure to securities products and cross-functional partnership.
As a Corporate Action Analyst in the Global Asset Servicing team, you will manage end-to-end corporate action event processing and help deliver accurate, timely outcomes for clients and internal stakeholders. You will investigate and resolve exceptions, support reconciliations and reporting, and escalate risk appropriately. You will partner closely with teams across operations, technology, finance, and the business to strengthen controls and improve processes.
Job responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end notification, capture, and processing of corporate action events across assigned markets
- Investigate and resolve corporate action breaks, exceptions, and settlement-related issues
- Liaise with internal and external counterparties to research issues and drive resolution within deadlines
- Support team coverage during peak periods to maintain service levels and operational resiliency
- Coordinate timely submission of discretionary corporate action instructions to custodians
- Produce daily reconciliations and management reporting to support oversight and control
- Investigate and resolve complex enquiries, escalating issues and risks when appropriate
- Review breaks and trends to identify potential risks, control gaps, and recurring system issues
- Partner with stakeholders across operations, technology, finance, product, audit, and client teams to manage risk and service delivery
- Contribute to projects that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and strengthen process governance
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Knowledge of the transaction and trade lifecycle and how operational processes support it
- Demonstrated ability to perform accurate, deadline-driven processing in a controlled environment
- Proven reconciliation, investigation, and problem-solving capability, including root-cause identification
- Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally with a range of stakeholders
- Demonstrated adaptability and ability to learn new processes quickly and efficiently
- Experience explaining process changes or improvement ideas in a structured, practical way to colleagues and stakeholders
- Strong risk awareness, including sound judgment on when and how to escalate issues
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Exposure to asset servicing and corporate actions in an operations environment
- Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes
