Join our Corporate Banking team to play a part in growing the Banking business across Israel with a deep focus on the technology sector.
Job Summary:
As a Global Corporate Bank Associate within our team, you will have the opportunity to grow the Corporate Banking business across customers in Israel, focusing on the technology sector and large multinationals. You will leverage our international network of bankers and product partners to lead client delivery from a global perspective. This role provides the chance to build effective relationships, gain in-depth understanding of the client's business, and demonstrate your knowledge and experience on a full set of corporate banking products. Your proactive task management, responsiveness, and execution capabilities will be key in delivering our bank to our clients with determination, consistency, and passion.
This position will be based, with full-time working onsite requirement, at our Tel Aviv office.
Job responsibilities:
- Leverage the bank’s international network of bankers and product partners to efficiently lead the client delivery from a global perspective
- Build effective relationships, by becoming a valuable partner of your clients, product partners and peers
- Demonstrate in-depth understanding of the client's business, sector, banking needs; bring insight to the client’s finance & treasury journey
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and experience on the full set of corporate banking products including cash management, trade, DCM, lending products, markets products, securities services, credit card acquiring and asset management products
- Demonstrate proactive task management, internal and client facing prompt responsiveness, execution capabilities, timely submissions of RFP, pitches, meeting notes etc
- Deliver the bank to our clients with determination, bring solutions, consistency and passion to the role
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- At least 3 years experience in banking coverage of corporate clients, with a solid in-depth knowledge of corporate banking products
- Great interpersonal skills, proven ability to develop client relationships, win new business, close transactions and build networks, both internally and externally
- Cash management experience with technology or multinational companies
- Great task management skills, follow up & execution capabilities
- Risk management expertise with experience in originating credit and or debt capital markets transactions
- Team player and consistently high standard of personal integrity and commercial judgment
- Proven track record of managing cross cultural environments
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Hebrew and English is essential
- Bachelor’s degree or similar with outstanding academic credentials
