As a Business Management Vice President in Global Corporate Banking, you will lead financial performance reporting and strategic initiatives that support business growth. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, manage key workstreams, and deliver actionable insights to drive organizational success. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Job Responsibilities

  • Lead financial performance reporting and annual planning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Manage and deliver key workstreams, including pipeline data analysis, month-end results, business townhall materials, and executive reviews.
  • Respond promptly to executive ad-hoc requests, oversee project management, and develop impactful presentations.
  • Organize and present complex information strategically, utilizing advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills to create wireframes and mock-ups for management presentations, reports, and dashboards.
  • Communicate effectively with senior business partners and stakeholders to understand project objectives and drive next steps.
  • Identify and assess key business risks, leading analysis to develop actionable solutions and recommendations.
  • Review client-level performance to identify anomalies, investigate root causes, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Lead a small team, providing coaching, feedback, and professional development to support individual and team growth.
  • Leverage Alteryx and other automation tools to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Champion collaborative initiatives to simplify, improve, and add value to business processes across the organization.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area
  • 8+ years of experience in Finance & Business Management (F&BM) or related role
  • Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholder groups and drive agendas
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to independently prioritize tasks and resolve issues
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
  • Self-motivated, tenacious, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Knowledge of Alteryx
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
