The Corporate Accounts Payable team is looking for an analyst to be based in Brazil. You will manage a big volume of invoices for LATAM & CANADA and will be responsible to contribute towards achieving the accounts payable metrics, as defined in the service level agreement.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Booking of accounts payable invoices into our ERP.
  • Provide correct and precise answers related accounts payable.
  • Ensure all the requirements that our tax authority require in the invoices.
  • Daily contact with different line of business.
  • Analysis, investigation and follow up of documents related AP.
  • Assist to the team in other activities related Accounts Payable.

Requires Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business and related courses.
  • +2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Strong team work and collaborative skills.
  • MS Office (advanced).
  • Fluent English in both written and verbal.
  • Service and detailed oriented.
  • Ability to manage, prioritize & work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and flexibility to adapt to changes.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Knowledge in SAP, Concur & Ariba is a plus.
