You will help shape the direction of a rapidly growing global Subsidiary Banking franchise. You will lead a high-visibility finance and business management agenda—bringing clarity to performance, discipline to execution, and transparency to decision-making. You will partner closely with senior leaders and teams across regions to deliver consistent governance and an effective operating rhythm. As an Executive Director in Global Subsidiary Banking, you will lead the finance and business management function and help drive the business’s strategic priorities and operating cadence. You will manage the North America-based team and provide matrix leadership to regional partners across Latin America, Europe/Middle East/Africa, and Asia Pacific to ensure consistent governance and reporting. You will translate complex performance and initiative updates into clear insights, options, and recommended actions for senior leadership. You will help strengthen cross-functional execution and risk and control discipline across the franchise.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead the global finance and business management team across North America, Latin America, Europe/Middle East/Africa, and Asia Pacific
  • Partner with the Global Head of Subsidiary Banking to set the strategic agenda and track progress against key metrics
  • Own the operating rhythm, governance structure, and management reporting for the global franchise
  • Standardize performance management views, key performance indicators, and initiative tracking across regions
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with banking and product partners, including operations, strategy, finance, and business management teams
  • Represent Subsidiary Banking priorities in broader finance and business management forums and enterprise initiatives
  • Facilitate risk and control initiatives and core business management processes
  • Develop concise dashboards and presentations that surface key insights and enable timely decisions
  • Drive discipline, transparency, and follow-through across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7.5 years of experience in business management, financial analysis, strategy, or banking
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in a global, matrixed organization and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strong judgment, organization, and prioritization skills in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including synthesizing complex topics into clear recommendations
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience building business performance dashboards and leadership-ready management reporting
  • Experience with analytics and business intelligence tools (for example, Alteryx or Tableau)
  • Experience partnering with cross-regional teams and standardizing operating practices across geographies
