As a Quant Analytics Analyst in the Audience Management team, you will be responsible to gather requirements, propose a design for targeting, segmentation and execute on the delivery of final audience.
The team is also responsible for the development of code for data extraction and transformation, and deploying the audience into production. This role involves performing Business Analysis and Database Marketing functions for the execution of complex portfolio marketing campaigns and projects, using Base SAS programming and SQL querying.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with marketers to gather requirements and clarify objectives
- Design targeting and segmentation approaches for campaigns
- Deliver final audience selections for portfolio marketing efforts
- Build and run SAS/SQL code to define target customer populations
- Extract and process large customer/account datasets
- Develop functional specs and translate business needs into detailed technical specifications to guide campaign execution
- Reconcile data across sources and resolve inconsistencies
- Validate, audit, and test outputs against original requests
- Follow required checkpoints, controls, and documentation standards

Coordinate end-to-end delivery and support ad hoc/special projects
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of hands-on SAS experience manipulating large datasets
- Business Analyst experience in a related domain, with proven requirements gathering capability
- Strong database querying skills (SQL)
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based platforms such as SAS Viya and Snowflake
- Good business problem-solving and technical debugging skills (SAS/SQL)
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capability through prior work
- Effective collaboration skills, including experience working with off-shore partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Working knowledge of banking and/or credit card marketing programs
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Understanding of credit card marketing campaign execution
- Experience in banking/financial institution operations, direct marketing, and data analysis
- Knowledge of using LLM/AI for problem solving and enhancement

Process automation experience using SAS macros, Python, Shell, and other reporting tools
