As a Corporate Sales -Payments – Senior Associate (all genders) - Frankfurt in Payments Corporate Sales team, you will support Sales Managers while taking ownership of select client relationships to drive new business origination, revenue growth, and solution adoption. You will work with local and regional partners to maintain and develop client relationships and ensure high-quality execution and service. Based in Frankfurt, this role requires fluency in English (Polish desired).

Job responsibilities

  • Support Sales Managers across the end-to-end sales cycle, from opportunity identification to closing and implementation handover
  • Own day-to-day engagement for assigned client relationships, partnering with senior coverage to deepen relationships and drive revenue growth
  • Analyse client account structures, cash flows, product usage, payment processes, and regional/global setups to propose tailored solutions
  • Identify, develop, and execute cross-sell, solution-selling, and wallet-share expansion opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams (including product, operations, and compliance) to enable seamless delivery, onboarding, and ongoing servicing
  • Help ensure clients receive agreed services and support resolution of service or delivery issues
  • Review and analyse transactional data to identify trends, risks, pricing/billing inefficiencies, and commercial opportunities to improve profitability
  • Prepare client account plans, briefing memos, portfolio reporting, and other coverage materials
  • Represent the client perspective in cross-functional discussions to align outcomes with client objectives and broader business priorities
  • Support preparation of proposals, internal approval materials, and client presentations
  • Conduct research on existing portfolios and prospective clients, including regional market sizing analysis

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Experience in corporate cash management, payments, financial services, or a sales-driven coverage role
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • Ability to understand payment systems and communicate a clear value proposition for financial solutions
  • Ability to analyse transactional data and translate findings into client actions and commercial outcomes
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesise complex topics into clear conclusions
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and mobilise internal networks to deliver for clients
  • Self-directed, adaptable working style suited to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel within the coverage region
