Join the Crescendo Platform group to help modernize how Commercial and Investment Bank teams use data and process automation. You’ll ensure critical reporting data is accurate, timely, and operationally resilient at scale. This is a highly visible role partnering across finance, operations, and technology globally.

Job Summary

As an Operations Analyst within the Crescendo Platform group, you drive day-to-day oversight of feed monitoring, data quality, data delivery, and program execution on AWS services. You partner with global finance, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality data reaches dashboards and data services. You identify issues early, communicate impacts clearly, and continuously improve operational processes and controls.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with global teams to deliver timely, high-quality data to business finance, operations, and technology functions.
  • Build and sustain key relationships across finance, operations, and technology partners globally.
  • Communicate impacts, risks, and deliverables across geographically diverse teams in a timely manner.
  • Oversee 3,000+ data feeds to gather, process, and publish daily reporting to Qlik dashboards, cubes, and data services.
  • Ensure SLAs are consistently met and operational readiness is maintained for daily deliverables.
  • Identify data quality, reconciliation, and processing breaks through proactive monitoring and analysis.
  • Resolve issues by coordinating triage, root-cause analysis, and remediation with appropriate stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous process improvements to increase stability, efficiency, and control effectiveness.
  • Conduct testing of new functional releases to improve the operations cycle and reduce defects.
  • Document operating procedures, runbooks, and recurring issues to strengthen process resilience.
  • Support program delivery execution by tracking dependencies, actions, and outcomes through completion.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Hold a BS/BA degree.
  • Bring 3+ years of experience executing production operating models in financial services to support timely delivery of quality data.
  • Demonstrate proven execution of strategic process and technology initiatives aligned to business and finance goals.
  • Apply strong relationship management skills to influence outcomes across teams and regions.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Use Microsoft Office proficiently and write SQL to analyze data and troubleshoot issues.
  • Maintain basic knowledge of AWS platform capabilities and services relevant to data operations.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Earn an MBA or related Master’s degree.
  • Demonstrate hands-on experience operating within AWS environments.
  • Apply working knowledge of Agile delivery concepts and practices.
  • Use Python to support automation, analysis, or operational tooling.
  • Leverage Tableau to create or enhance reporting and visual analytics.
  • Adapt quickly to changing business landscapes and shifting priorities.
  • Drive initiatives to conclusion with strong ownership, prioritization, and follow-through.
