We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support our Private Banking business where we serve the complex wealth management needs of our ultra-high net worth clients across the world.
As an Operations Strategy and Transformation Vice President within the Private Banking Operations team, you will lead and deliver change that moves us from incremental improvements to scalable, data and technology enabled operating models. You will translate complex operational information and priorities into clear narratives and decisions that align leaders and drive measurable outcomes. You will also collaborate across operations, technology, client-facing teams, and risk to connect data, platforms, and artificial intelligence to practical improvements in client experience, efficiency, and control.
Job responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of the transformation roadmap for Private Banking Operations across Asia.
- Translate operational and portfolio data into concise, executive-ready insights to inform decisions on efficiency, risk, and client outcomes.
- Identify and prioritize high-impact automation and artificial intelligence use cases that improve straight‑through processing and productivity.
- Establish and maintain governance, performance measures, and transparent reporting to track outcomes end to end.
- Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Technology, client-facing teams, and Risk to align priorities and remove delivery blockers.
- Harmonize operating models across booking centers and support location strategy execution.
- Embed planning, change management, and benefits realization practices to sustain outcomes.
- Communicate strategy, progress, risks, and opportunities clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in management consulting, operations transformation, or strategic program delivery within financial services.
- Experience leading business and operating model transformations from design through implementation with documented benefits.
- Experience applying automation, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics to operational challenges (i.e. process automation and straight‑through processing improvements).
- Understanding of private banking operations across the trade life cycle and operational risk controls.
- Ability to synthesize complex analysis into concise, action‑oriented materials for senior audiences.
- Experience establishing governance, performance measures, and reporting for transformation programs.
- Experience working across functions and regions to align stakeholders and drive delivery.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- People management experience is an advantage as this role will need to manage task force.
- Experience in private banking operations across the trade life cycle and operational risk controls.
