As a Business Manager in our EMEA Global Corporate Banking team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering set goals for our CEEMEA franchise. As a Business Management Associate in our EMEA Global Corporate Banking team, you will spend each day partnering with Bankers and cross‑functional teams to support Large‑Cap clients and the day‑to‑day management of the business.

You will be responsible for partnering across product, risk, and operations to provide strategic execution, financial and client analytics, governance, and stakeholder coordination for CEEMEA GCB. Our GCB Business Management team is responsible for a wide range of activities including strategy execution and business reviews, financial reporting and performance tracking, pipeline and revenue analytics, market and competitor analysis, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g., dashboards), and coordinating stakeholders to drive client engagement and sustainable growth—while operating independently, maintaining strong relationships, and upholding a high standard of execution.

Job responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for CEEMEA markets (Middle East & North Africa, Turkey, CEE, Russia & CIS, SA & SSA)
• Track franchise performance, including pipeline, revenue and fee drivers, client/product trends, and wallet/share analysis
• Deliver resource and coverage analytics for Bankers and sector teams
• Coordinate with relevant partners to ensure timely updates and adherence to governance requirements
• Prepare and update high-quality materials for business reviews, operating forums, and senior management visits
• Run revenue investigations and client/sector deep dives; engage directly with Bankers to validate findings and actions
• Support and track strategic programs (growth initiatives, client segmentation, product commercialization, pricing and cross-sell)
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement; identify opportunities to automate reporting/MI

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 3 years of experience in Business Management, Strategy, Finance, or Consulting within corporate/investment banking or broader financial services
• Strong financial and analytical acumen; ability to interrogate large datasets and explain revenue movements clearly
• Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, complex formulas) and strong PowerPoint/management storytelling;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; confidence engaging senior stakeholders across regions
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Self-starter with a sense of ownership and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field; advanced credentials (MBA/CA/CFA) are a plus

• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI)
