DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Lead infrastructure teams to protect the firm's digital assets and ensure seamless cybersecurity operations. Ensure alignment with operational plans. Oversee infrastructure engineering. Manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) transactions across on-premises and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP). Develop and execute objectives, manage staffing and budgets, ensure compliance with risk and security standards. Act as a point of escalation for infrastructure-related issues, enhancing client awareness of product offerings. Maintain a clear portfolio of projects, support technology partners in implementing projects. Develop incident response plans and ensure infrastructure resilience. Define and track KPIs, conduct performance reviews to identify improvement areas. Encourage creativity, pilot new ideas, and leverage automation to reduce manual work. Assess risks in business decisions, safeguarding the firm's infrastructure. Influence senior leaders and negotiate across functions. Provide training opportunities and support certifications in SRE and cybersecurity. Implement SRE principles and ensure cybersecurity compliance. Drive automation of manual operations with a focus on improving end-to-end client experience by understanding client intent and translating client intent into a data driven automated workflow to increase delivery speed while increasing control. Ensure that the firm's systems are developed in line with JPMC's 'secure from start' and Global Technology Software Development principles best practices. Create development pipelines and workflows to support Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). Develop APIs, micro services, and abstraction layers at a platform level to enable end to-end automation from the customer perspective. Ensure the production infrastructure is highly available, stable, and that an in-depth view on its health is available via dashboards and monitoring scripts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus 5 years (60 months) of experience in the job offered or as Infrastructure Engineering, Software Engineering, Cloud Engineer, Development Manager, Project Manager, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: Automating of tasks by working with DevOps; Working with ITIL practices for incident, change, problem management and response; Managing team activities by working with Jira and Confluence tools; Performing code reviews through cleaning code practices; Automating recreation platforms for via Infrastructure code practices; Machine learning algorithms for Intrusion detection analysis; Working with Privileged Access Management (PAM) transactions across on-premises and cloud environments including AWS, Azure and GCP; Working in AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Services for multi-cloud strategies; Programming with Java, C#, Python and NodeJS; Automating testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines; Agile Practices and Agile SDLC for iterative development; Maintaining service reliability and performance via Site Reliability Engineering Practices; Linux, Unix, Windows operating systems; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, and RESTful services.
