As a Quant Analytics Manager within the Open Banking Data & Analytics team, you leverage advanced analytics to inform product development, optimize features, and guide strategic decisions. You collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement across our products.
Job responsibilities
- Own the Reporting and Automation function for Open Banking Data & Analytics, ensuring high standards in data quality
- Ideate and implement industry best practices in reporting and analytics
- Understand and translate business needs into robust data models supporting long-term solutions
- Create data models using best practices to ensure high data quality and reduced redundancy
- Rationalize complex normalized data sets for ease of cross-organizational consumption
- Partner with the line of business and broader Data & Analytics organization to understand requirements and objectives
- Deliver actionable insights that drive continuous improvement and innovation
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Twelve years of experience with advanced knowledge of SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau
- Experience building and designing with Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, SQL DB, and Snowflake
- Five years of team management experience, including managing team members at different levels
- Adept at explaining and converting complex dashboards into digestible information for diverse audiences
- Strong critical and analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Capable of defining metrics, evaluating results, and drawing business insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience in Open Banking or financial services analytics
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science
- Proven ability to foster innovation and drive continuous improvement
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
