Job Summary:
As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate in Home Lending Servicing Data & Analytics, you will collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and deliver actionable recommendations. You will analyze complex datasets, automate reporting, and support scalable data solutions. Your analytical skills will help translate data into meaningful business outcomes, driving operational improvements and supporting strategic initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business partners to gather and clarify reporting and analytics requirements.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business decisions.
Answer stakeholders’ business-related questions by providing clear, data-driven insights.
Develop and automate recurring and ad hoc reports using SQL and analytics tools.
Evaluate data quality and resolve discrepancies.
Support the design and implementation of scalable data solutions.
Document business requirements and functional specifications.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Strong experience in data analytics, data mining, and statistical analysis.
Proficient in SQL and comfortable working with databases (Teradata, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, Hadoop, Snowflake).
- Experience working with Business Intelligence (SSRS, SSIS, Tableau, Alteryx, SAS, JIRA, Python, etc.)
Experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
Experience in business process reengineering and business modeling concepts.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments.
Strong analytical and writing skills.
College degree, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
Familiarity with analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Python.
Understanding of US home lending servicing processes.
Experience in statistical modeling.
Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
Experience in financial services.
Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders.
