About the Program
This two-year program is designed for aspiring finance professionals who want to deepen their industry knowledge and gain hands-on experience. Through two one-year rotations across various Finance & Business Management (F&BM) teams within our Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB), you'll develop a comprehensive understanding of our business.

- Teams that will be participating of 1st year assignment:
- CFO Latam Business Management: The primary function of the role is to provide support to the CFO to execute the Latin America and Canada (LAC) business agenda and drive strategic priorities.
- Product Control: Join the Securitized Product Group to ensure compliance with P&L recognition, risk reporting, and balance sheet management.
- Payments - Business Management: Strategically manage capital, drive growth, and provide analysis to improve results and drive decisions.
- Control Management: Responsible for ensuring the overall integrity and validity of the financial statements and controls over the transaction cycle; performing critical reporting and controls functions for the organization.
- Digital & Platform Services: Partner across the firm to provide financial and strategic analysis and develop new reporting capabilities.
- Legal Entity Controller: Oversee key financial and regulatory functions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and preparing management reports.

About You
We're looking for finance enthusiasts eager to drive strategic business decisions. Ideal candidates will possess:
- A strong academic background - GPA of 8 on a 10-point scale is a plus.
- Pursuing a B.A. degree with an expected graduation before / by April 2026.
- Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Skills in problem-solving, creativity, and strategic thinking.
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and the ability to excel in a collaborative setting.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Relevant internship experience and leadership roles in academic or community organizations / Up to 2 years of experience as an Analyst
