As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate in the MLIO Analytics team, you will optimize Conversational Insights and Coaching products to enhance specialist and customer experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable analytics and drive business value through advanced data solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end data analysis to improve LLM and GenAI model performance across AWS and on-premises environments
- Transform complex datasets, automate reporting, and perform business driver analysis to enhance operational processes
- Identify customer and specialist friction points using advanced analytics across multiple interaction channels
- Integrate business assumptions with production data, validate hypotheses, and identify production flaws
- Present clear, actionable insights to peers, executive leadership, and business partners
- Investigate and resolve issues in data collection, model development, and production phases
- Develop SQL and Python codebases, and document data dictionaries and model outputs
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or STEM and six years of analytics experience
- Solid programming skills in SQL with strong writing and presentation abilities
- Detail-oriented problem solver with a track record of meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborative team player with curiosity and ability to operate independently
- Hands-on experience with Excel PivotTables, PowerPoint, Tableau, Alteryx, and Python Jupyter Notebook
- Training in multivariate statistics, regression analysis, Python, SQL, and visualization tools including Tableau
- Professional experience with AWS, Spark/EMR, ChatGPT, Confluence, and Snowflake
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Extensive experience in consumer banking operations, servicing, collections, or marketing
- Strong understanding of multi-linear regression, logistic regression, clustering, classification techniques including LightGBM and XGBoost, controlled experiments, and causal inference methods
- Experience with Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Large Language Models
- Proficient in big data ETL processes for structured and unstructured databases
- Experience preferably in financial services or operations/contact center functions
