Job Description
Chase relies on digital marketing as a key strategic channel in driving acquisition, branding, and cross-sell opportunities to millions of customers and potential customers across a suite of financial services products. This Channel Execution Delivery role will manage orchestrating omni-channel customer journeys to bring line of business digital strategy to life, delivering relevant, timely communications and offers to our customers.
As the Channel Delivery Execution Lead on the Marketing Execution team, you will be dedicated to executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty. You will focus on implementing data-driven campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring precise targeting and effective delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, streamline processes and optimize efforts to achieve business objectives. Your commitment to execution excellence will drives impactful results and strengthens our brand presence.
Job Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Marketing teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing communication across channels.
• Conduct requirement analysis, define testing strategy and test to guarantee superior outcomes.
• Assemble, target, test and launch digital ads placements for chase.com and the Chase Mobile app through several different Marketing platforms.
• Design and execute marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure a unified and seamless customer experience.
• Develop and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, ensuring personalized and seamless experiences for our customers.
• Design and code responsive HTML email templates for effective communication with customers.
• Perform QA measures and processes around testing prep, execution and defects in an innovative manner to meet project needs.
• Mitigate and triage issues that impact ad serving / email deployment and the line of business campaigns.
• Adhere and promote existing controls as well as optimize for an evolving digital landscape
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
4-year college degree, in Information Systems, Computer Science, Marketing or related-field.
5 years’ experience in digital operations role leveraging technology to build, deploy, test and analyze digital campaigns.
Experience in designing and coding responsive HTML email templates for optimal display across devices.
Comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices in designing and implementing omni-channel journeys.
Demonstrated expertise in testing technologies for digital programs, including omni-channel access and customer experience, in addition to standard functional testing.
Knowledge of Agile operating principles; experience operating in a sprint cycle.
Familiarity with SQL and Scripting.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated, energetic, "can-do" attitude in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience with related technologies is helpful, including Sapiens, Tableau, Adobe, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segment, CDP.
High energy individual with a proactive approach to challenges.
Experience working in staged environments for both Development and QA.
Able to develop and implement marketing automation processes to streamline repetitive tasks and improve overall efficiency.
