Job responsibilities:
- Manage client reporting forums to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes for improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders on process initiatives.
- Monitor effectiveness of implemented changes for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate adherence to quality standards and operational controls.
- Review and update procedures to minimize risk.
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
- Document process changes and maintain accurate records.
- Support departmental objectives through timely task completion.
- Adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, and compliance checkpoints.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:-
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective business relationships with cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
- Adaptability to effectively organize and prioritize work to meet stringent deadlines.
- High competency levels in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and process documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, showcasing strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
