Job Description
Chase Travel is seeking an experienced and innovative Vice President of Instructional Design to lead our global instructional design team. In this pivotal role, you'll drive innovation by crafting cutting-edge learning programs that empower our Servicing Organization to thrive in the ever-evolving travel landscape.
As a Vice President of Instructional Design within Chase Travel Group, you will shape the learning and development strategy of our organization, ensuring that our Servicing Organization is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a rapidly changing Travel Environment. You will collaborate with senior leadership, leverage the latest in learning technology, and make a lasting impact on our organization's success.
Job responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive instructional design strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Lead the global instructional design team in crafting and executing a learning strategy that supports business objectives.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify learning needs and develop impactful solutions.
- Oversee the creation of high-quality, innovative learning programs, integrating the latest trends in adult learning and technology, including AI.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance learning solutions and measure their impact.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for learning initiatives.
- Communicate effectively across all levels, providing updates on learning programs and their impact.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a leadership role within instructional design.
- Experience with learning management systems, design tools, e-learning technologies, and AI integration.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing global team.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience in the Travel industry highly preferred.
