Job Description
Join our team to revolutionize Chase's acquisition strategy with cutting-edge analytics and data-driven insights.
As a Quant Analytics Senior Associate within the Acquisition Center of Excellence Analytics team, you will drive the analytics book of work, transforming Chase’s cross-channel, cross-line of business acquisition strategy to a hyper-personalized, data-driven, customer-centric model. You will partner strategically across the firm to help drive business goals through a deep understanding of marketing analytics and optimization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in building data infrastructure for personalized lending product acquisition offers.
- Develop business intelligence through dashboards and executive reporting.
- Identify growth areas in the acquisition funnel for enhanced discoverability and personalization.
- Communicate with product, technology, data, and design teams to advance a data-driven analytical roadmap.
- Build business cases for prioritization and investment in the offers platform.
- Craft test designs, interpret results, and present findings to senior management.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- STEM Bachelor's/Master's from a well-recognized university.
- 4+ years experience in querying big data platforms and SAS/SQL.
- 4+ years leveraging data visualization tools for marketing performance evaluation.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Talent for translating numbers into actionable stories for business leaders.
- Experience with web analytic tools (Google Analytics, Adobe, Webtrends, etc.).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in financial services.
- Familiarity with Tableau.
- Experience with Teradata, AWS, & Snowflake.
