We're looking for a passionate and strategic Consumer & Community Banking Analytics Solutions Associate to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions that empower stakeholders across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business partners to understand their reporting needs and develop solutions that enhance data consumption and reporting efficiency.
• Analyze complex reporting issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions with clear and concise documentation.
• Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, and subject matter experts.
• Participate in the design, architecture, and implementation of data models, working closely with technical partners.
• Optimize performance through advanced techniques like query tuning, stored procedures, and indexing in SQL Server.
• Migrate existing Excel/SSRS dashboards and reports to a modern Power BI platform.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Engineering, Management Information Solutions, Data Science, or similar discipline
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, business analytics, project management, or a similar field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to connect with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks effectively, and prioritize efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and communicate insights clearly.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, SSRS, and SSIS.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI a plus.
• Familiarity with Python, Alteryx, Agile methodologies, Confluence, JIRA, data warehousing, and ETL pipelines is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of different data model types and design principles.
