Job Description

As a key member of the Integrated Workflow Solutions team, you will join a group of workflow developers and program managers and have the unique opportunity to partner with AI-Prompt Engineering teams to identify, design, integrate, and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) solutions. Our vision is to eliminate no-joy work for Control Managers and transform their BAU by integrating LLM functionality directly into the workflow application to drive accuracy across a variety of assessment processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform requirement gathering, analysis, and design of LLM inputs to achieve a meaningful output
• Understand how to best display LLM outputs to be most effective to users and collect data to re-train models
• Create robust designs that can be scaled across multiple business use cases
• Collaborate with software engineering teams to design, deploy, and maintain production-grade models that can be integrated with strategic applications

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative or computational discipline
• 6+ years of experience in Application Development/Design, or related experience
• Hands on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Strong understanding evaluation methodologies for user-facing products powered by AI/ML
• Possess a strategic mindset capable of deconstructing business challenges into solutions driven by AI
• Ability to work in agile cross-functional and operations teams and drive deliverable outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Basic understanding of Python
• Experience with deep learning frameworks (pytorch, tensorflow)
• Experience of creating and deploying microservices
