Imagine what you could do here! The people here at Apple don’t just create products — they build the kind of wonder that’s revolutionized entire industries. It’s the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. At Apple, inclusion is a shared responsibility, and we work together to foster a culture where everyone belongs and is inspired to do their best work. We’re a diverse collective of thinkers and doers, continuously reimagining our products and practices to help people do what they love in new ways. That innovation is inspired by a shared commitment to great work — and to each other. Because learning from the people here means we’re learning from the best. Our team creates the tools and programs that empower our teams to provide, a one of a kind, only at Apple experience. We do this by obsessing over the employee and customer experience, and driving a global strategy that sets the bar. We're looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support two senior Retail leaders. You're someone who stays three steps ahead, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings genuine enthusiasm to everything you do — from managing a complex calendar to pulling off a flawless offsite.
You'll be the operational backbone for two executives, keeping them organized, prepared, and focused on what matters most. You bring strong judgment, discretion, and a knack for finding smarter ways to work.
- Own full calendar management for two senior leaders — coordinating complex, multi-timezone meetings with precision
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, and all trip logistics
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Plan and execute team events, off-sites, and org-wide meetings — from agenda to on-site execution
- Lead preparation of presentations for team downloads and All Hands, including content formatting and logistics
- Build and maintain management systems that keep leadership organized and deliverables on track
- Partner daily with admins across Apple, locally and globally
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
- Proficiency in Apple productivity tools (Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Mail, Calendar) and platforms like Slack and Box
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and travel across multiple time zones
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize independently in a fast-moving environment
- Demonstrated discretion with confidential information
- Experience building processes and systems that keep teams running smoothly
- Comfort with AI and productivity tools — curiosity and willingness to learn goes a long way
- Ability to spot issues early and pivot quickly when priorities shift
- A collaborative spirit — you work well solo and alongside other admins
- Strategic thinking with an understanding of the bigger business picture
- Global awareness — time zones, cultural nuance, and international logistics
