Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things. The ASO Operations team is seeking a Manager for the Optimization team. Reporting to the ASO Operations Optimization Leader, the ideal candidate will lead a team focused on driving cross-functional projects to optimize content production processes and systems, ensuring the delivery of high-quality product and marketing content across various online platforms and apps worldwide. This role requires a skilled influencer and change agent, able to anticipate challenges and advocate for agile, scalable, and efficient content creation and distribution workflows. This position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
