Description

This role can be performed in either Barcelona or Madrid in Spain, Milan in Italy or London, UK Corporate offices. There will be travel required up to 30% of the time, mostly within the EMEA region.

Amazon's Global Corporate Employee Relations (GCER) team seeks a senior labor relations leader to own and shape our regional LR strategy, drive programmatic excellence, and elevate the employee experience across EMEA.

As Senior EMEA Labor Relations Manager, you'll operate across two dimensions:

- Regional LOB ownership: Serve as the dedicated LR leader for one of Amazon's largest lines of business at EMEA regional level — owning the end-to-end labor relations strategy, stakeholder relationships, and risk posture across all EMEA markets for that LOB.

- Southern Europe, Middle East LR depth: Provide specialised, hands-on strategic LR support for Spain, Italy, and emerging markets across the Middle East — high-complexity environments with active collective frameworks, and growing headcount requiring dedicated expertise.

Reporting to the EMEA LR leader, you'll set strategic direction, contribute to cross-regional LR programmes and capability development, and drive outcomes that balance employee trust with business velocity at scale. This role requires the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels — setting the vision while rolling up sleeves to deliver.
