The mission of One Medical's Clinical Effectiveness team is to deliver standard-setting health outcomes for our patients, while reducing total cost of care.

We are looking for a Data Scientist with a track record of independently delivering impactful Data Science solutions working hand-in-hand with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Working closely with clinical and cross-functional leaders from across the organization, you will strive to understand, define and help solve problems in domains that include patient safety, value-based care, cardiometabolic health, mental health, population health, clinical-operational efficiency, among others.

Key job responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with clinical leaders to plan and execute statistical analyses to assess the impact of our clinical effectiveness, patient safety, and care quality initiatives.

- Communicate analytical results and methods to a mixture of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Collaborate with other Data Scientists in defining requirements, establishing success metrics, and delivering high-quality AI / ML-based solutions.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and tooling.

A day in the life
- Ownership of clinical effectiveness statistical analyses, including stakeholder management.

- Design and develop data pipelines that leverage generative AI models (LLMs).

- Write complex queries of large healthcare datasets.

- Participate in code reviews and design discussions.
- Provide input to inform the team's roadmap and technology strategy.
